When should I fly in / out?

You may arrive in Mendoza (MDZ Airport):

until Day 1 at 11 AM for Extended programs of 17-18 + 2 extra days
until Day 1 at 8 AM for Fast or Extreme itineraries

We recommend coming 1-2 days before Day 1 if you need to Rent Gear. This is also to have backup time in case of any flight cancellation or missing luggage that may prevent you from joining the expedition group.

You may book the extra nights with us in the same Hotel as your expedition (subject to availability; reservations until 30 days in advance only).

On Day 1 of the extended itineraries, at 1 PM, the group transfer leaves MDZ Airport for the Hotel. No other airport transfer is included; however, it can be reserved in advance as a private service with an extra charge.

FLY OUT

You can take your flight back from the last itinerary day from 5 PM onwards.

For example:

On Day 20 in the Normal Route Extended itinerary (18+2 extra days).
On Day 19 in the 360 Polish Route (17+2 extra days).
On Day 16 in the Normal Route Fast itinerary (14+2 extra days)
On Day 14 in the Normal Route Extreme itinerary (12+2 extra days).

Note: If your expedition has good weather conditions and doesn't take extra days on the mountain, you will be ready to leave 1-2 days before the last itinerary day. Since weather conditions are unpredictable, knowing this in advance is impossible.
