KOSHER FOOD IN MENDOZA CITY:
At the beginning and the end of your Expedition, we will take care of the hosting in a Hotel with Kosher-certified food available in its restaurant. The hotel owner is one of the most representative members of the Jewish community on the west side of our country.
KOSHER FOOD ON THE MOUNTAIN:
We prepare the Kosher food in our kitchen tents and restaurant tents on base camps. In high-altitude camps, the guides are responsible for melting the snow to get water and prepare meals. We buy the best pre-elaborated Kosher meals to send to the mountain, and then we heat them in the camps by our cookers or by the guides in high altitude camps.
We add new kitchen utensils for each expedition; they are brand new on the 1st day of preparing the mountain's meals. According to our experience with Kosher menus, we always suggest the client give the chef recommendations on the base camp, where the meals are prepared separately from the rest of the climbers. On high altitude camps, the guide will prepare the meals; you may start the fire before cooking at all times.
We provide Kosher menus on the Base Camps (pre-elaborated in Mendoza in the house of Rabbi); we include an optional meeting with him in Mendoza before starting.

Kosher menus have an additional charge, 90 days in advance. The ingredients vary; they are combined depending on each day; they are not all available at all times as a buffet; they are also subject to availability in Mendoza city. Non-regular menus are only available in advance and may have an additional charge.
