What is the minimum age to enter Aconcagua Park?

We have had climbers kids from 10 years old with successful climbs.

Minors between 14 and 17 may come to Aconcagua only with an authorization notarized and apostilled by La Haya and signed by both parents, even if accompanied by one of the two parents. 

Their documents have to be confirmed at least 30 days in advance by Park authorities.

Children under 14 years old require special procedures. Please ask.
