What is the group size, and how many guides?

NUMBER OF GUIDES
Our expeditions have an average of seven (7) climbers with three (3) highly professional and successfully experienced Guides.

While many companies provide only two (2) guides for 8 or 9 climbers, resulting in climbers either being left alone or with a single guide for many people, if any abandon the group for any reason. It happens all the time and represents a significant difference not only in service to have a successful expedition but also in your Safety. We have a max of 1-3 guide-climber ratio or even better in most cases, while many have 1-4 or even worst.

To have a successful expedition is crucial to have the best-qualified professionals. Our guides have at least five (5) years of experience to provide Safety on the treks along the different paths with confidence, conviction, and professionalism. They are English speakers with AAGM or EPGAMT licensing (3-year career) and are legally authorized by the Park authorities.

GROUP SIZE
We have a maximum of 12-13 climbers per group with 4-5 guides. If we have a group of 14 climbers, we split it into two (2) groups of seven (7) climbers each, with three (3) guides per group each, which means 6 guides. All guides regularly join the group from the City; however, one guide could join the group from 4900m (16000ft), depending on weather conditions and the guides' logistics.
