We may say many things regarding our expeditions, organized by a professional team, our base camp services, and our strong own logistical support. However, the most important aspect to bear in mind is that your safety will always be our 1st priority. We organize expeditions since 1998, resulting in over 1000 successful expeditions with thousands of climbers without fatalities nor serious accidents (we are the only recognized company with this record). We also have the most experienced guides and top-notch equipment (besides having the best bathrooms and showers in the Park).
Some companies offer low-priced (cheap) expeditions. Most of them have gone out of business over the years due to low-quality service, accidents, fatalities, and other hazardous situations. Other companies declare more than 30 years of experience, but they change their names and owners every 4-5 seasons due to many problems.
We are a legally-authorized local company, while many competitors are just websites. Our offices are the only ones who welcome Aconcagua climbers in the heart of Mendoza City.
All these, among other reasons, have allowed us to achieve a 100% summit success rate in 42 open expeditions during the season 2019/20.

Safety
We know precisely how important to carry on with a safe and reliable expedition is to you. That is why we have a team of guides full-experienced in expeditions and high mountain activities. They are very carefully selected and trained according to the international standards for mountaineering. Most of them have studied in Escuela Mendocina de Guías de Alta Montaña y Trekking, EPGAMT or they were subjected to a rigorous exam by the Asociación Argentina de Guías de Montaña: AAGM; there is a mountain guide every three-four climbers, allowing perfect assistance to the group. If a member of the expedition needs to descend or slow down for any reason, he/she will always be accompanied by one of our guides. Besides the standard equipment such as altimeter, ropes, ice axes, digital oximeter, etc., our expeditions are equipped with VHF Radios, satellite phone, and a complete kit, including oxygen.
Greater chance of success
We understand and value the effort you make (time, money, family) to organize an expedition to Aconcagua. That's why we work very hard for you to achieve your goals. In this sense, we consider the acclimatization process an essential factor for your adventure's success. That is why the expeditions are designed in such a way to reach the most significant possible degree of acclimatization before attacking the summit. For that reason, we include one night in Penitentes, two in Confluencia, and five in Plaza de Mulas or Plaza Argentina base camps (depending on the route of your selection). So, those who are not very keen on mountaineering can also ensure the summit's adequate acclimatisation approach. Remember to have two extra days to wait for the right weather windows to the final way to the top.
More Departure Dates
We offer a complete schedule of departures during the whole season. These dates are 100% confirmed; they will not be suspended for any reason (except for an act of God or causes beyond our control like some force of nature). Suppose we don't constitute the minimum number of members of an expedition. In that case, the program will carry on without surcharges, respecting the original itinerary and all services included in the expedition. Since we are a local company, we are in conditions to offer a price more than accessible in all our expeditions. Besides, many of our costs have been reformulated after the devaluation our local currency suffered. The price-quality relationship of our services is higher up than the ones American or European companies may offer.
Commitment With the Environment:
The Aconcagua National Park is a nature reserve, and the provision of all our services fulfil the rules and ecological care of it, with the close collaboration of park rangers.
With the Community:
Our company collaborates with several foundations, helping the most vulnerable children in our country with our work. We also help and collaborate with local schools, and we support the children's refuge Brazos Abiertos (Open Arms).
Protecting your investment
If you make a deposit to confirm your participation in some of the expeditions and for any reason, you must postpone it, we keep your deposit according to our booking conditions. Besides, if you want, you can transfer this deposit to another person for the following season.”
